Important notification informing you of a product enhancement needed for the Anvil Embedded System’s real time clock (RTC). The real time clock will not function if there is no network connectivity. Serial numbers concerned include:
• ESG620 Serial Numbers 1000-1086 (last shipment 24 October 2023)
• ESG621 Serial Numbers 1000-1022 (final shipping on 27 October 2023)
If your serial number is affected, please contact Connect Tech at sales@connecttech.com to negotiate a product repair under RMA.
